This is the actor they put in the final scene of D.A.W. A bit naughty, I think, and I can't imagine the families of his victims would be very pleased.

I completely missed that :(

I have a feeling it was probably done on purpose,as LOCI has a habit of slipping what I guess could be called "in jokes" into it's episodes.
