Last week, after a long battle with cancer, Wendy Richard died.
While most people know her as Pauline Fowler in Eastenders, a role she had for 25 years, she is also well remembered as Miss Brahms in Are You Being Served? along with Mrs SLocum and her pussy, and Mr Humphreys' "I'm free".
But her first claim to fame came years earlier in this oft-forgotten 1960s Number 1 comedy hit record:
Whenever I find a folder missing or incomplete I think, "I'll have to do something about that", but I forget to make a note of it and nothing gets done. So it is with Graansha. I have STILL not capped it.
Instead, here's Zoonotic.
And of course, to make up for the odd substandard shot, there are one or two bonuses.
Disaster! I'd forgotten that I was so engrossed with capping the stroll through the university quad that I never really got past it - though I have about a hundred caps from that little walk!
So the obvious choice is to follow a few "non-numbers" pictures with the slideshow I made from "The Walk".
A class A1 episode by any standards. Forget the Ferrari, just gimme the Goren.
This album is a disaster. It goes up to number 204, then come Probability and See Me. What a mess. So I threw in a couple pictures not in the numbers, and made a new slideshow of some favourite series of shots.
