Real Life "Simon's Cat"

I've posted the cartoons of Simon's Cat once or twice from YouTube. Now a real human has posted a speeded up film of his cat on his bed.

First the cartoon:

Now the living cat. The parallels are uncanny:

Vanishing Act

Ah, bless!

The pictures are pretty good today, and I am working on a project that will take a long time to complete - and about 3 minutes to watch - as well as trying to create a Lightscribe design for my Season 7 videos. Unfortunately one projuect interferes with the completion of the other (only one dvd player per computer, and though I have two computers, the project is using the dvd drive on this one, and the lightscribe is on here too!

Anyway, let's add one or two extras.

Please Note

Lord, you need those binoculars even more this time. Added to that, one of the pictures wasn't even of Bobby, so I substituted. Defeats the object, but hey, they're my rules, so I can break them if I want!

Now, these are more like it!

2000th Post!

Just to set the scene, Tamara tagged me, and the result of the questions she set is pretty predictable:

1. What is your favorite word?
Vincent D’Onofrio.

2. What is your least favorite word?
Jeff Goldblum.

3. What turns you on creatively, spiritually or emotionally?
Planning my next blog post.

4. What turns you off?
People who knock Vincent D’Onofrio.

5. What is your favorite curse word?
Bollocks. There’s no Goren/Eames episode tonight.

6. What sound or noise do you love?
Birdsong – or Vincent D’Onofrio’s voice.

7. What sound or noise do you hate?
The sound of the play-out music of LOCI (it’s over!)

8. What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Dresser who fits Vincent D’Onofrio’s trousers.

9. What profession would you not like to do?
Person who fits Jeff Goldblum’s trousers.

10. If Heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
You have been paired for eternity with Vincent D’Onofrio.

Of course, that was not enough. So while sitting in the garden on a beautiful, hot day, I composed my second ever movie with actual moving clips, taken from Blind Spot. It's longer than I usually do, so much so that I had to use two songs!

Betrayed

Sorry, some of the pictures are so distant, you may need these to help you see them.

You can put the binoculars down now.

Shhhhh!

I just put my old cat Shelley's fleece blanket on the line to dry, and a blue tit came along and started to pluck fluff off of it - for its nest, maybe? Pity I didn't have my camera to hand.

Don't make a noise or you'll scare it away.

Theme Tune

At long last I've managed to clip the new theme tune for Season 6 on Channel 5. I prefer it to the previous mournful one, but give me the original any time.

Untethered

While I wait 3 hours (THREE HOURS) for Magic DVD Ripper to rip Blind Spot (unedited, 1 hour) from a disc so that I can post the new Channel 5 LOCI theme tune, here is the usual selection.

And here is the usual addition to provide extra special droolworthiness:
