My favorite "playing with toys" episode was the one where Bobby was fooling around with the ancient artifacts (in the last scene; the horses pulling the carriage), and I think he was using Little People and some other children's toys to ride in the carriage. I was dying laughing while the woman (I think she had bought stolen artifacts) was about to have a heart attack. I think it was in the second season. I need to see it again.
As we know, Vincent's 'package' rarely seems to stay dormant for long. I'm quite sure it was only a matter of time before it moved that tie out of it's way to give us a cheery wave ;0)
