I like this episode, but it annoys me for several reasons: the perp taking digs at Bobby; the killing of a kid to enable his pursuit of another kid's mother.
But can't you just imagine Bobby - and Vincent - playing basketball? It's what big boys like him were made for!

The motive of this particular perp was one the pettiest and most despicable of the entire show. Such a sorry, wormy loser.
On the other hand, watching Bobby coming to terms with his innermost sorrow was always excruciating as well as fascinating for me.
I like Bishop's clumsy attempt to comfort him. She was trying so hard and so against her own nature it was funny.
Yes, poor Bobby was heartbreaking in this episode!
I seem to remember wanting to smack 'Coach' with a blunt instrument....
The coach in this made me want to punch the tv..how dare he turn on Bobby??? He was a loathsome individual who deserved everything he got
I Hated the coach. But in the end...Bobby got him :)
Fantastic capture of Bobby's expression a couple up from the bottom. That look says it all...and done so well by Vincent.
Good episode. Bad partner. I missed Eames as much as Bobby did.
However, he did pretty well and Bishop wasn't as annoying here.
Doesn't matter overall. Bobby was gorgeous and I'm sure he was a natural for basketball or even football.
Interesting. I really like this episode, not in spite of but because the coach does hit that raw nerve and Bobby knows it. I love the last line when asked why he quit basketball--"Because it didn't get me what I wanted." Besides knowing what we know here makes Season 10's therapy sessions all the more revealing. And yes the Coach should have been smacked upside the head for ruining the lives of 2 families. Gee dude, you could have just asked the chick out.
P.S. Nice cap of those beautiful hands.
I also really enjoyed this epi. All these caps are fantastic, but the 11th, or 3rd from bottom (I think) says it all. Vincent is such a talented actor (OK, we all know that) :D
#7, #9, #11 ! Love his eyes :) I like even if our Bobby is sad (I'm a monster!).
That coach was such a slimeball.
