Mis-Labeled

I found this episode really disturbing.

Bobby's delicious, though, as usual.

They're not Jean's, they're mine!

But they were Bobby's.





However, I can't locate them in an episode. They aren't the ones from Depths, which have lower-slung pockets and stitching on the pockets. Any ideas?

As you can see, they've been well-worn - there's some damage across the back of the thigh. Did someone try to rip them off him? Were you there, Diane?

Meanwhile, no sign of the blue shirt yet.

Pas de Deux

I don't think I'm alone in thinking this was a great episode: two lots of Bobby dancing, his empathy with the female perp, the scene in the flooring shop, to name but a few great bits.

But I haven't capped it. So here's another episode we are to be deprived of in the current run. They are NOT showing Mad Hops - but they ARE showing Mis-Labeled!

Mmmm...they show a man cut in half responsible for HIV being in blood products that have infected a little boy, an episode which features references to gay men. But they withhold an episode in which a teenager is killed by his teacher, who is trying to get off with a rival teen's mother.

Anyone who understands this please let me in on the secret.

What Hallmark doesn't want us to see

They hardly ever show Art on Hallmark. For some reason they consider it too something-or-other to show at 8pm (though they show some much more challenging episodes without problem, and only remove the word "Bastard" from SOME episodes).

Now THIS is a shopping centre!

DrowseyMonkey posted about the joys or not of retail therapy. She showed a picture of some piddling little mall in Toronto. But western Canada can offer the biggest shopping centre in the world - West Edmonton Mall - which boasts:

a petting zoo


an ice rink


an indoor theme park complete with roller coaster ride


a pirate ship


and a wave pool with bungee jump


There's also a putting "green", flamingo pool, sea lions (you can have your picture taken with them posing, didn't like that) - and some shops! Lots of them.

For those who think Bluewater is a step too far, better stay at home!
