Wow! It only seems like 100 posts ago that I was celebrating my 900th post!

What shall we celebrate with? Three guesses.

And this time they come straight from my hard-drive, so although that means they are a bit smaller, at least the prudish little boys at Photobucket can't delete them.

It only took me 999 posts...

...but I finally found out how to put links on my blog.

Thanks to Simon for the help. If I missed anyone off the list, let me know. I got a bit overwhelmed!

How can I get Val's attention?

Maybe if I try to look mysterious?


I could look up at her adoringly.


Or I could just look cute.


Perhaps if I begged her...


...or kicked in her door.


I might give her a big smile.


No, that didn't work, let's think.


I have an idea.


I'll write her a letter.


I might even try to impress her by giving someone some strongarm treatment.


I'm pretty good at telling jokes.


Flashing some groin usually helps.





I'm running out of ideas.


This is very worrying.


I think I might cry if I don't come up with an answer soon.


How about drawing myself up to my full height?


Or just turning my back on her, pretending I don't care.


Aha! I have it! I'll unbutton my collar and expose my neck. It never fails.


Neither do any of the other things, Bobby. I'm like putty in your hands. You don't have to TRY to get my attention. One day you might have to try to get rid of it though.

The Extent of Edenbridge

No commentary, just a sweep of the grounds, which cover five acres (not including the filed with the sheep in where we park the cars) and the house. Oh, and a huge pumpkin.

Just think, I actually know people who live in a place like this!
