Not Dying Young Enough
If the dweeb had died sooner, maybe ditsy Roberts would have had more sense and would have chosen Mr Wonderful (Oh, wait that's another movie with a dimwit female lead)
Oh val I've been looking for the words to describe how I feel about that movie and you hit it. The movie comes on fairly frequently on the Fox Movie Channel. I watch something else during the first 90 minutes and then tune in to see Vincent looking, well you know .... I am not a Julie Roberts fan especially her early roles. Come on Richard Gere she's a prostitute. You mean to tell me you couldn't do better than that?
I liked the movie and I liked Campbell Scott. However, one aspect of the movie I didn't like -Gordon didn't have a lot of scenes. My fave scenes are when Gordon goes to the house for dinner and the dance scene toward the end - ahhhhhh, very enchanting. Cheers Val!!
I have NO idea how she had eyes for anyone else....
ReplyDeleteHottie with a capital H. Loved Gordon. How could she not choose him????

ReplyDeleteJulia Roberts' character was an idiot in this movie.
