London didn't know what hit it yesterday as the latest Vincent Vixens outing took place in the capital. After a leisurely lunch at a pleasant restaurant near Oxford Street, we trekked for many hundreds of yards before deciding we needed further refreshment and descending on a Starbucks off Regent Street. I think I can safely say that we did not stop talking the whole time. My throat is certainly very husky today which would seem to back up that assertion.
Eliza and Diane sharing pleasantries.
Diane insisted on taking a picture of me with Ann.
Ann doesn't like having her picture taken, but this one
was too good not to publish.
You all look well girls.
ReplyDeleteWhat happy, beautiful faces on all of you! Looks like you're having a wonderful time.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait!!
Vixens taking London by storm. You go girls ;)
ReplyDeleteYou guys look fantastic and like you had a blast! Is this the 4th annual get together?
ReplyDeletethe day was wonderful
ReplyDeletethe pics are eeeeeeek
val what about my human rights? LOL
can i take a super-injunction?
I love the idea that you guys do this. I wish more Vixens lived close by to me so we could "chat Vincent". I'm sure you had a fantastic time.
ReplyDeleteIt must have been all of maybe 20 minutes since we'd had lunch at this point - and lunch lasted around 2.5 hours anyway.
ReplyDeleteSo much to say, so little time ;0)
OMG! What fun you must have had!! And you all look beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteIt was, as always, wonderful to meet up. I know we talk about every subject under the sun, but Vincent is always the most dominant :-D
ReplyDeleteMaui..I hope you know what you're in for!!! Roll on October
HI EVERYBODY!!! Thanks for posting these Val...I was hoping you would :)
ReplyDeleteYou're so adorable! Thanks for sharing those great photos, Val :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like you a lot of fun, gals :) And you had the best subject to talk about: Mr. V
ReplyDeleteJoJo, you are sharp! I have to count and then recount to arrive at the right number!
ReplyDeleteI'm jealous! Nobody wants to talk Vincent around here.
ReplyDeleteWhen I mention him the girls at work say "Who?"
(Can you imagine? Not knowing his talent; his eyes; his lips; his shoulders - I've got to stop; I'm getting-um... believe me-I need to stop!)
Seriously-
Looks like fun. It's nice to be able to put a face with a name.
VIXENS FOREVER!
If I say I'm Eliza's daughter you'll know who I am.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had a great time, and I love the Vincent Vixens, sounds like a brilliant name for your gang. :D
Queen of the Sapphire Waterfall isn't a bad name either!
ReplyDeleteAww, thank you, I got the sapphire waterfall bit from Doctor Who, another scrummy actor there! (David Tennant.)
ReplyDeletei don't know why, but i'm pretty sure this was the 5th vixen gathering (lunches at the veg place in leicester square, covent garden, 2 x zizzi and chez moi) - but i could be mixing up our outings with others i've done with other friends - duh!!!!
ReplyDeleteI think you may be right Ann..I guess we all have so much fin we've forgotten :-)
ReplyDeleteHannah: You know how much fun I have talking about V..I bent your ear often enough :-)
Perfect. Val your hair cut looks smashing. Cheers!!
ReplyDeleteThere's just something special about meeting other Vincent fans "for real" :)
ReplyDeleteBet you can't wait for next year!
You all have that beautiful English skin. And Ann, those glasses are fab!
ReplyDeleteUK Vixens rule.
ReplyDeleteYou all look like you're enjoying yourselves.
You're right, Ann, I'd forgotten to count Covent Garden, even though I'd been thinking about it! Five it is.
ReplyDeleteDid someone mention David Tennet? One of the best Doctors evvvver. That being said--anactingnurse, I feel your pain. I too have a paucity of VDOphiles with which to share. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteJust thought I'd let you know that mum thinks you all look lovely :-)
ReplyDeleteYour mum raised a pretty special daughter, too.
ReplyDeleteThat's so nice that all of you get together. Thanks for sharing your photos!
