Not sure why the perp was so insistent on his son going to his mother when he "knew what went on in those places" (ie. children's homes/foster care). Given the mess he's in, she couldn't have done him much good.
I wanted to punch Carver, and the slimeballs at City Hall.

Not a favourite, no...but it has Bobby in a vest..and Bobby with a kid, something that always makes me extra mushy :-)
