Healthy Eating

My eye remains on the subject of good, healthy, non-fattening meals. Tonight I had a mushroom stir fry. (Don't get over-excited, it came in a packet as usual.)

Followed by chocolate cream-filled meringues.

I can hear you from here!

    That's OK Val, I come back from the gym and have a milky coffee (with Baileys) and at least 2 biscuits, one of them chocolate.

    Is anyone having problems seeing comments on 'older' posts? I can get into 'new' ones, but when I go back to see what everyone else has said on like, yesterday's post, I get a lovely blank screen and my PC telling me it's 'done'. Fine, but it's invisible!

  8. Sounds like a perfectly balanced meal to me Val, but I'm not exactly the best judge, seeing as my dinner last night was noodles and doughnuts (Saturday is cake day)
