I recall that just before it reached the end, when Goren was walking round Sylvia Moon, the DVD froze and I couldn't finish the capture. But for some reason I only have pictures up to the visit to the art expert with the overhead projector. I have no idea what happened to the others. I probably saved them accidentally to the wrong folder - but which one?
It seems to me that Vincent was particularly handsome in this episode, and his eyelashes are particularly long.
Val, nice pics as always. If you google "gracelands and carin van der donk" you will find that they went there to celebrate being together ten years.
ReplyDeleteI like the one where you caught him in the middle of rolling his eyes.
ReplyDeleteI know this sounds blasphemous, but I've really never noticed his eyelashes.
i am consistently fascinated at his eyelashes; feeling much happier now that i have gotten my dose of bobby for the night.
ReplyDeleteBut Beatlelady, is it fair to say you will notice his eyelashes henceforth? I like the last photo with the "half-smirk," raised eyebrow.
ReplyDeleteAs I love it when Bobby pulls faces,I obviously love the bottom pic ;-)
ReplyDeleteGood luck on finding the rest of your pictures from this, hope you have a week to spare looking
He wears some really good colours in this episode, too.
ReplyDeleteIt's difficult to chose just one, but I think the bottom one is my favourite too!
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm still around, it's just between husbands, children, dogs, horses, parents, in-laws, childrens friends, job and Vincent, I can usually only find time to look, admire, love - and leave.
Keep up the great work, and thank you, as always, for sharing your Vincent collection.

Sorry, that should say 'husband' - I couldn't cope with more than one!

Children and dogs now settled, I did as 'anonymous' suggested and Googled. Sad to say, I think someone is making mischief here (again) and elsewhere. The first story up does indeed suggest Vincent and Carin went to Graceland. Indeed, it's the first item on the Google search, which means it's just been put there. It's title is 'Final Fantasy Fables' and unsurprisingly, clicking on the supposed link does nothing. There is another 'Graceland' link, but that's 2 completely unconnected stories, one about the D'Onofrio baby announcement and the other about some new photos of Elvis Presley that have been found. I guess someone thinks they're being VERY clever and it's funny. At least I was enjoying my coffee while someone wasted my time. I would suggest other don't do likewise.

Sarah, I think the Graceland comment may be an honest 'mistake'; the story about Vincent and Carin is actually the 'expecting a new baby' announcement, the story about Graceland is as you say. The problem is, on the Googly-bit, it's kind of woven the 2 completely unconnected things together, so that it reads as if V and Carin celebrated 10 years together at Graceland - which when you look, isn't actually what it says at all ;0)
ReplyDeleteThank you Diane, it was an honest mistake. Although I do not post here regularly, I'm the 'not an avid fan', I do enjoy your sites and I just thought it was just a 'thank you' for the entertainment both you and Val have given me.
ReplyDeleteThat last pic is a definite fave, but they are all irresistable. The eyelashes are their OWN work of "art."
ReplyDeleteI am happy to hold my hand up and say mine too was an honest mistake. I genuinely thought someone was trying to send us all off on a fool's errand. I'm SO embarrassed, I think I'm happier going back to being a silent (but appreciative) observer. At least that way, I keep my foot out of my mouth ;)

Yes, bobbyg, it is fair to say that I have noticed his eyelashes more often. I'm not completely blind.
ReplyDeleteI'm too busy looking at other places.
