Now this I DID notice ;0)
I think sometimes the Pants Python gets SO restless, it tries to trip him up - bless it! I especially like it when he sometimes has to take a step backwards in order to 'calm' it. Maybe I can help there sweetheart?!

Val, I don't know if you know me from the NBC Board or from my Storyteller website, but I'm a big VDO fan and I love checking out all the blogs.

I wonder if you might do something for all of us - is there any way you would take down the post and related comments about "Just Trolling Around?" This person has been on the NBC board with the same crap and has been banned under three different IDs, and has also been posting it at various other locations. I worry that if it is deleted everywhere else, it can still be found here due to the advanced blog searches that can be done. And the more people that find it and read it, the more people might believe it. True, false, or somewhere in the middle, I just fear that Vincent's kids might come across it.

Anyway, great blog, and if I could have contacted you about this privately I would have. I don't see any way to do so. No flames, everyone, I just hate giving that troll a platform to spew her venom.

  11. Now see...this is why I have to view the G/E eps several times. One time to watch his face, another the pants python, another his hands, then legs. And at some point, I try to actually understand the episode itself.

  13. I think it's hilarious how you all focus on certain, let's say, body parts. :-) I honestly never notice any of this stuff!

I do want to add a comment to Roweenaine, though. I know she/he moderates the NBC board and they have strict rules about what can and cannot or should not be posted--that's fine, that's their rules. But I also think that the more these public irritants are revealed for what they are, the better off we all are. As you know, many posters will jump all over the troll. Which is what they want, but I also I think it provides a way to separate fact and legitimate opinion from nonsense. One thing we should not do is "feed" the trolls. Don't instigate, don't ask them questions. Just ignore. I know I was one of the posters on that entry, so I apologize for the feeding, if that's what it did.

I know Vincent has kids, but I'll bet that he and their moms have educated them in the ways of the free press and that many if not most stories should be clarified with them. One of the many hazards of being a child of a well known person.

Val doesn't regularly post the troll messages. I think she just wanted to let us all know what she puts up with!

  14. I managed to keep her pinned down and away from everyone else for a few days. Except that I did NOT know she's posted a link elsewhere - little madam! I quite enjoy how ridiculous trolls are, but the venom they heap on our much-admired man is unacceptable. Thank you to everyone who gave her what-for and exposing her to total ridicule, though she appears to be too thick to realise that's what was happening.

The post has now been deleted. (I may keep the copies in my inbox for a while, though...)

  15. I have to admit, the troll blog was kind of fun . . . even hilarious at times, but I do understand why it is not such a good idea to "feed" trolls.

Regarding the "pants python ..." Oh Lord! I thought I'd heard it all! That's a new one for me! LOL! Loving it!
