Face to Face

I'm on about my fifth attempt to upload My Good Name to Photobucket. I finally spotted what's wrong - somehow the pictures got captured in Bitmap, which is a bigger file that doesn't upload as quickly as JPEG. Looks like a recapping job.

Still, I managed a few, so here's a selection of the close-ups.

They're not my best - some are blurred - but the thumbnails in Photobucket Slideshow mode are to small to tell. ANyway, it's Bobby in less than an hour, so I don't have enough time before the Big Show to do anything better. Sorry!

In the staff room today, as we so often do, we were discussing how kids are becoming such monstrously self-important little kings and queens because they are given everything they demand - and they do DEMAND.

The son of one of the male teachers was bad enough - dad was away on a school journey when 4-year-old and friend decorated the walls of his bedroom with felt-tip pens. Mum told him off, then dad went to do the same thing when he got home. Son said, "I told her it was my room and it was up to me what I do in there." I think he got more than the naughty step for that one.

Then someone else chimed in with what she and a bunch of friends heard in the supermarket when they were students. A small child wanted a bunch of goodies, and mum said no. Kid screamed at the top of his voice, "If you don't get it for me I'll tell everyone I saw you sucking daddy's willie!" Embarrassed mum bought child everything he wanted.

No-one tried to top that story!

There were three in the bed

I bought this igloo-type cat bed, but instead of going inside, the cats prefer to lie on it. As soon as he comes in, one-eyed Beano (it's his eye you can see) commandeers it. But recently little black-and-white Mitzi has been insinuating herself into a corner of it beside him.

Her tortoiseshell daughter Twiglet (who is more than twice the size of her mother) has decided to join in the act. There are nine sleeping-places in total for seven cats, but they all seem to want the same one. Little cusses.

I've lost my title. Iwas trying to add some pictures at the top of the page, and when it wouldn't load, I cancelled it - and managed to delete the title as well!

It won't let me put it back!!! Any ideas - please?
